  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund, minus the 15% restocking fee.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

9. Exchanges:

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.
